si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 18 avenue Paul Girod \u00e0 Ugine 73400, organise du 14\/01\/25 au 09\/02\/25 \u00e0 00h00 un jeu gratuit sans obligation d&rsquo;achat intitul\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0jeu concours\u00a0\u00bb, selon les modalit\u00e9s d\u00e9crites dans ce r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ARTICLE_2_%E2%80%93_CONDITIONS_DE_PARTICIPATION\"><\/span><b>ARTICLE 2 \u2013 CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ce jeu est ouvert \u00e0 toute personne physique \u00e2g\u00e9e de 18 ans ou plus, r\u00e9sidant en France m\u00e9tropolitaine, disposant d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 internet ainsi que d\u2019un compte Facebook valides, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des membres du personnel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice et de leurs familles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ARTICLE_3_%E2%80%93_MODALITES_DE_PARTICIPATION\"><\/span><b>ARTICLE 3 \u2013 MODALIT\u00c9S DE PARTICIPATION<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pour participer au jeu, chaque participant doit :<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; Liker la publication du jeu concours.<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question suivante dans l\u2019espace commentaire : Quel est le nom de la figure g\u00e9om\u00e9trique constitu\u00e9e de plusieurs cercles superpos\u00e9s et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, qui symbolise la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, la cr\u00e9ation et la m\u00e9tamorphose ?<\/p>\n<p>Les participants doivent respecter ces 2 conditions pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligible au tirage au sort.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Un gagnant sera tir\u00e9 au sort \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de participation. Le gagnant sera annonc\u00e9 via notre page facebook et contact\u00e9 le 10\/02\/25 en priv\u00e9 via l\u2019application messenger par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice (Equilibre Habitat Sant\u00e9 Conseils SARL &#8211; Geotellurique.fr) qui lui indiquera les modalit\u00e9s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son lot. Une photo du gagnant avec son lot sera demand\u00e9e pour \u00eatre publi\u00e9e, sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019acceptation par le gagnant.<\/p>\n<p>Le tirage au sort sera effectu\u00e9 parmi les commentaires valides de la publication du jeu concours via l\u2019application : https:\/\/app-sorteos.com. Le gagnant sera choisi de fa\u00e7on al\u00e9atoire. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice se r\u00e9serve le droit de v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 de chaque participant avant de proc\u00e9der au tirage au sort.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 le gagnant ne r\u00e9pond pas dans un d\u00e9lai de 7 jours \u00e0 compter de l&rsquo;annonce de sa victoire, un nouveau tirage au sort sera effectu\u00e9 afin de d\u00e9signer un autre gagnant.
